This two-part workshop series is designed for leaders and teams who want to understand the powerful link between human-centered design and business success. We'll show you how putting your users' needs first isn't just good practice—it's a proven strategy for increasing ROI, fostering innovation, and creating more effective products and services. Through engaging examples and hands-on exercises, you'll learn some of the core principles of design thinking and discover practical tools you can use to identify new opportunities in your own business.

Part 2: Investing in Users for Impact 

This workshop will focus on turning your discoveries from Part 1: Unlocking Opportunity through Design Thinking into a concrete action plan. (Those who missed Part 1 are still encouraged to attend!) We'll explore examples from session participants as well as past clients to highlight common design pain points and issues. You’ll learn when and where to invest in user research, branding, user interface (UI) enhancements, and usability testing. Walk away ready to champion human-centered design and prioritize efforts that will make the most impact for your business.
