Everything You Need To Know: Accessing SSBCI Funding Opportunities
The Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council and RAMP are co-hosting Virginia Venture Partners, an equity investment program of the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation (VIPC), to present an informational webinar on accessing funding that will be available through the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI).
Following the December 2022 release “Governor Youngkin Announces $230 Million in Approved SSBCI Funding for Virginia’s Small Businesses, Early-Stage Start-Ups, and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems”, the RBTC and RAMP will welcome Jennifer O’Daniel, Senior Director of Virginia Venture Partners, as she hosts a session addressing the timeline for accessing funding, eligibility and additional important details surrounding accessing SSBCI funding.

About the Speaker
Jennifer O’Daniel joined Virginia Venture Partners (formerly CIT GAP Funds) in 2003, where she leads seed and early stage investments in tech companies with a concentration on cybersecurity and enterprise software. A senior member of the investment team, O’Daniel has led over 50 investments in seed and early-stage companies as well as investments for MACH37, a cybersecurity accelerator. She is a frequent speaker at conferences like FinTechSouth, BlackHat, RSA, and SxSW.
