Spencer Marsh, Ph.D. is the Chief Scientific Officer of Tiny Cargo Company, a biotechnology startup developing innovative drug delivery technologies. With a Ph.D. in regenerative medicine and a background in biomedical engineering, Dr. Marsh specializes in extracellular vesicles and advanced therapeutic delivery systems. At Tiny Cargo Company, he leads the scientific strategy and research efforts focused on using milk-derived extracellular vesicles as a platform to safely and effectively deliver fragile therapeutics, such as peptides and other biologics, through oral administration. His work bridges academic research and commercialization, helping translate cutting-edge biomedical discoveries into scalable treatments with the potential to improve therapies for conditions such as radiation injury and cardiovascular disease.
