RBTC Cancellation Policy
In the event you are unable to attend a ticketed RBTC event, you may donate the cost of your ticket to RBTC or request a refund of your ticket price. All refund requests must be in writing via the contact form on the RBTC website and received 14 days prior to the start date of the conference/event. A full refund, less a $20 administrative fee, will be made within 45 days after the completion of the conference/event.
We are unable to guarantee refunds to cancellation requests received less than two weeks prior to an event or for events advertised as non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. If you wish to make a substitution, we request that you notify RBTC at least 48 hours prior to the event. We are unable to provide refunds for no-shows.
